A SUNSHINE success was this year's Thorne Festival.
People turned out in force to make the most of the beautiful weather over the weekend, with the annual event attracting a large and varied line-up.
The event began with a special parade from Thorne Co-op on Saturday morning before the festivities begin at the Memorial Park.
Singers, dancers, cheerleaders, animals displays, archery and live music were among the entertainment on offer across both days, to suit young and old alike.
